Don’t Worry… Instead, Look to God, Daily!

Published by Vision Editorial Team | vision.org.au

Dear friends,

A little over twelve months ago, a new word entered the global vocabulary: Coronavirus.

If I had one cent for every time that word has been spoken or published since then, I would be quite wealthy! Equally, if I were to try to take on the weight of all the worry so many are bearing, I would collapse.

It is such an honour for us here at Vision to help remind people to look to God each day, as we help them to consider the truth within Scriptures like this;

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7 NLT)

The Vision team and I pray the daily devotions from our February, March and April edition of The Word for Today (due to arrive in the mail for many of you in the coming weeks) will help you stand firm in the truth of Jesus Christ, and that you would know His peace each day.

In Christ,

Phil Edwards
Chief Executive Officer

PSALM 136 “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His love endures forever.” (NIV) Dear friends, What do you see as you look back over 2021? The first response of many would be turmoil or disruption, but when I take a moment to refocus my eyes past those things, I can see God’s …Read More

Everyone Needs to Hear the Gospel

EVERYONE. The Lord is “not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9 NIV) That means the people we like and those we don’t.
