Nepal and Asia Pacific Update

4000 copies or 40% of Nepal’s fourth edition of The Word for Today were destroyed in last year’s earthquake.

Distribution of the fifth edition was made more difficult by politics and an embargo from a neighbouring country. Only 7000 copies were able to be printed and distributed.
Despite crisis and difficulty, Message of Hope (Nepal’s equivalent of Vision) has persevered in reaching people with the devotional.

THEY’VE BEEN ENCOURAGED BY THE MANY TESTIMONIES COMING IN:

‘I’ve been reading The Word for Today each day, receiving blessings and joy. In my Church, I have asked many believers to read this daily devotion. It’s helped people to study the Bible on a regular basis and has changed peoples lives and brought blessings.’ – Ps. Gaurav

‘After getting The Word for Today from my church, I’ve been reading it daily with my other family members. The many topics and illustrations used in each devotion are heart touching and have helped us in our spiritual growth. The SoulFood has also helped us read the Bible together with my family which has encouraged us.’  – Khel

What Will Save New Zealand? – Jeff Vines

Jeff was in NZ during the recent mosque shootings. When he got back to his church in California, he delivered a powerful message about the shootings and the one thing that will truly save the country.

Hope for Evangelism in a Secular Age

Christians are often seen as “moral outlaws” in 2019 Australia. We’re now being pressured to leave our ‘bigoted’ views behind, at least out of the public square.
