The days might be short and workers are few, but you and I together can (and are) making a difference.
There is no doubt in my mind these are troubling and perilous days—foretold in Scripture as being the last days. Days when we should expect to see signs and wonders in the heavens. Days when we should expect a fresh outpouring of His Holy Spirit and power.
The 30 stories we shared in June bear witness to the fact that God is on the Move! He is outpouring His Holy Spirit in powerful ways in the lives of everyday Aussies every day.
Be encouraged and take great joy because you are a hero of the faith for each of these people. It is your support—your gifts, your prayer and your encouragement—that has seen this happen. Let’s share this great news!
And you are a hero in our eyes too. I might be the one who turned up to Vision’s office today, and you might live on the other side of Australia; together we will make ministry happen.
Paul wrote:
How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? Romans 10:14–15 NKJV
Vision can only preach because you have sent.
I hope you were able to tune in to Visionathon. Due to it finishing after my deadline for writing this letter, I’m not able to write and tell you what happened but we will send you an email!
June is an important month for us financially with over ¼ of our total annual income coming in this month alone.
