Melissa Ferntree Gully Dandenong Vic

“Listening to Vision Radio has filled my thoughts with God’s Word”

“It’s the teaching, the worship, the practical advice, but above all, the peace”

Melissa from Ferntree Gully in Victoria, a donor to the November Visionathon, has been battling depression and anxiety for 24 years.

True Hope 2017

Melissa admitted she’s not had much success and has repeatedly had ongoing difficulties over those two decades.

Her work as an embroiderer hasn’t helped because of the deadlines to get the jobs done.

It’s during these times Melissa’s mind fills with worry, anger, deep sadness, hopelessness grief and heartbreak.

“Now my stitching time has become my time with God, getting to know Him a little more with each message.”

“When the worries of the day become too big I tune into Vision, focus on God, His love, and how incredibly good He is to me,” Melissa testified.

Melissa has given bountifully from God’s provision to her through her embroidery skills.

She said the earnings are not hers, but His.

“I can think of nothing better than to give them to Vision so that others in turn might find the peace I have found.”
