The Bible tells us that everything we have, including our resources talents and abilities are given to us by God. If we are using our resources to build a name for ourselves, or to get more and more wealthy, it becomes idolatry.
Easter Sunday is a day of celebration! It’s the day we commemorate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The significance of this event cannot be overstated. It’s a reminder that death has been conquered, sin has been defeated, and hope has been restored.
The book of Daniel still resonates with many Christians today. Daniel was a man constantly striving to live a Godly life in an ungodly world.
A vow is not something you do as a formula to get God to do what you want Him to do. If that’s how we look at it, we’ve missed the boat.
