We are such a diverse organisation across so many different ministries that there’s pretty much a role for anyone here! Of course, if you live in Brisbane, then it’s easy for you to help out in practical roles – anything from answering phones to managing mail-outs and hammering nails. But we also value our interstate partners, who pray for us and spread the word.

Yes, there are many ways you can be part of this ministry without living in Brisbane. Some of these include praying for our ministry or for those that request prayer through our Vision Prayer Site. You could also share with your community about how to listen to Vision Christian Radio or how to receive our devotional The Word for Today as one of our advocates. A hardcopy paper receipt will be posted out to you as soon as possible (unless you have specifically requested that your total donations for the financial year be sent after June 30.) If you donate online, you will also receive an immediate electronic acknowledgment.

We’re generally funded 80% from gifts and donations from individuals and churches around Australia, and the remainder from sales in our Vision Store or through on-air and print advertising.

I have sent you a prayer request. I was wondering how this works and who prays for these requests?

Our Vision Christian Prayer intercessory team has members are all over Australia. Each day, we collate the requests we receive into a single email – removing any identifying information – and send these to our team. The members of the team then pray over each of the requests as God leads them. Often we receive some very encouraging testimonies from those that have requested prayer to share just how God has come through and helped during their time of need.

Yes. Confidentiality and keeping your details private is very important to our organisation. We will never share any private information or contact details outside our prayer team.

To have someone pray with you in person, you can call 1800 772 936. Our phone team is available from 9am to 9pm AEST every day.

Definitely not! Of course, you’re welcome to support our ministry but you’re equally welcome to simply put in your prayer request.
