Officials are assessing the damage caused by Hurricane Ida in the US state of Louisiana.
Ida was one of the most powerful hurricanes to make landfall in the US with winds of 240 km an hour accompanied by torrential rain.
At least one person has been killed and the death toll is expected to rise.
Louisiana residents could be in the dark for days, and many people have been left stranded by floodwaters.
The National Guard has been sent in to conduct search and rescue operations.
