Retired NFL player Tim Tebow has spoken at the 2021 March for Life rally in Washington as it was forced to go virtual due to the pandemic.
Tebow, a high profile Christian, was one of the keynote speakers at the 48th annual rally which peacefully protests against abortion practice and legislation.
My Christian Daily reports, Tebow spoke about how his mother delivered him despite being encouraged to abort him.
He went on to play in the NFL after winning most outstanding player in college football.
Tebow said his mother gave him a chance at life, and because of her pro-life story, he now gets to share his story.
He went on to say, “We can choose the best interests of other people, and we can act on their behalf. We need to be on a rescue mission for them.”
Other speakers included Republican representatives, and anti-abortion Democrats.
