Australian Cricket Captain, Pat Cummins, will miss the second Ashes Test.
He was dining at a restaurant in Adelaide on Wednesday night, when a person at a nearby table received a message confirming they had tested positive.
Cummins is now required to isolate for seven days.
It would have been Cummin’s second Test leading the Australian men after an emphatic win in Brisbane.
Steve Smith will captain Australia for the second Test, which will be the first time he has lead the side since the 2018 ball tampering scandal.
David Warner has been declared fit to play, despite barely swinging a bat since playing in Brisbane.
The opening batsman is suffering from bruised ribs.
