The Immanuel’s Child Christmas program provides churches an evangelistic opportunity, with whole families coming to faith in Christ in previous years.
Ministry President Michael Johnson told One News Now, the Immanuel’s Child program in 2020 plans to be a special blessing to families during this difficult time.
He says the pandemic this year has wracked the nation’s economy, with many job losses.
Apart from the children’s Bibles, Immanuel’s Child provides Christmas presents, a Star of Bethlehem ornament inscribed with “Jesus Loves You”, and follow-up for those who respond to the Gospel.
The Slavic Gospel Association spreads the Gospel in 10 countries of the former Soviet Union.
