The Prime Minister and Opposition Leader are rallying last-minute votes, ahead of tomorrow’s federal by-election.

A new opinion poll shows Labor is on track to retain the seat of Eden-Monaro.

The New South Wales south coastal region has been impacted by drought, bushfires, and the coronavirus downturn.

An Australia Institute survey has the Opposition four points ahead of the Liberals after preferences.

Speaking on local radio, Scott Morrison says it’s vital the government gets over the line to “make this rebuilding dream a reality”.

Opposition leader Anthony Albanese maintains Labor is the underdog, saying that COVID-19 issues have made campaigning difficult.

The by-election is being held after popular Labor member Mike Kelly for health reasons.
