All of New South Wales now has the same coronavirus restrictions.

Rules were reintroduced for venues, gatherings and public transport on the state’s far north coast after a person tested positive to COVID-19 in Byron Bay last week.

Restrictions are now eased for the Byron, Ballina and Tweed shires.

Meanwhile, the number of people allowed at key ANZAC Day events in Sydney has been expanded further.

A health exemption means 10,000 veterans and their descendants will now be able to march in the CBD.

Up to 5,000 will be allowed to attend Dawn Services across the state.
