The British Prime Minister has unveiled a phased withdrawal from the country’s coronavirus lockdown.
Schools will re-open from March 8th, and from the 29th, groups of six will be able to meet outside and two households can mix.
The rules will be lifted in stages, and four conditions must be met at each stage.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson says the plan aims to be cautious but irreversible.
“A wretched year will give way to a spring and a summer that will be very different, and incomparably better, than the picture we see around us today,” said Mr Johnson.
All limits on social contact are scheduled to be lifted by late June.
