As Christians, we know that the God of the Bible is a jealous God. The very first of the Ten Commandments was you shall have no other gods before me. And Jesus further underscored this exclusivity when He said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
So, how do we see the God of the Bible? In this modern, secular age, the media tends to portray all religions as equal. Leaders, whether they’re running the country or leading Christian communities, are reluctant to call out violence against the traditions and culture that have helped shape society as we know it.
