Did you have an imaginary friend growing up?
Just nod your head if it’s true. I won’t tell anyone. These imaginary friends were lovely to think of as a companion when you were a child.
Still, the yearning to find someone who would love you when you get older is very real. Did you know that you don’t need to have an imaginary friend when you have God?
God will always be there for you
God can be a constant in your life that will always be there for you. Granted, you cannot see Him, which can mean that some may forget about Him at times.
Yet, He is willing to offer this love, care and mercy to you; all you need to do is accept his existence, believe he is the God of your life and know that this love comes through his son Jesus’ sacrifice.
He’s a real friend / one you don’t have to imagine. If you let him, God can be a constant in your life that will always be there for you.
