Partnerships Director

Vision Christian Media is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial business professional to join our ministry as Partnerships Director. This newly created role will be dedicated to cultivating and growing philanthropic relationships, strengthening high-level partnerships, and maintaining and expanding our existing alliances.

This is a senior management role, working with Australia’s largest and most successful national Christian media ministry. The successful applicant will have a strong focus on sound biblical teaching and a clear Christian worldview and practice for integrity and accountability. This highly strategic position reports to the Chief of Marketing and Operations and works closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership team.

Vision Christian Media is a registered non-profit ministry organization dedicated to bringing the Good News of the Gospel through media to the four corners of Australia and beyond since 1988. People tune in, turn on and follow Vision for encouragement, uplifting music, and compelling messages through broadcast radio, printed and digital publications, and streamed podcasts and videos through our apps and websites. We also operate a national news service, prayer helpline, and online store. All to help people find and look to God daily.

The Role

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Professional qualifications and training.
  • Experience in not-for-profit fundraising, donor relations, and ministry development.
  • Proficient in planning budgets and managing promotional campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, outgoing, and a strong negotiator.
  • Track record working with supporters and growing good client relations.
  • Experience in relationship management, building trust, loyalty, and support.
  • Highly self-motivated, punctual, disciplined, and well-organised.
  • Computer literate and competent with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to investigate and recommend ideas where appropriate.
  • Good sense of time management and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Self-aware and comfortable with the pursuit of excellence.
  • Mature and balanced theology with strong discernment and judgment.
  • Willing to work full-time with flexibility for occasional travel and weekend events.
  • Current driver’s license and car, and able to travel by air as required.
