Margaret from WA says she loves Vision’s teaching and music. She is a keen advocate for Christian radio in her town, and is grateful for the gospel reaching into isolated places. She knows that the residents in the Retirement Village where are she lives all benefit from Vision’s encouragement.
Margaret loves listening to Vision because she enjoys the teaching and the music. ‘It does lift your spirits,’ says Margaret. ‘I have learnt so much over the last ten years since a friend told me about Vision Radio. We get good teaching at church too, but it seems to be a deeper level on the radio.’
Margaret says that one of her motivations for donating to Visionathon is trying to get a radio station in to a town not far from where she lives. ‘They’re not getting any teaching there, and that’s why I was really hoping that people would tune in to Vision.’
Margaret now lives in a retirement home, and says she likes to think of it as a mission field. ‘There’s a few people who don’t sleep well,’ she says. ‘So I always recommend that they tune in to Vision Radio.’
Wouldn’t you love to hear more encouraging stories like Margaret’s? We never tire of hearing how people’s lives are being impacted for the better by Vision Radio. This is the seed you are sowing your money into!
